ESPIONAGE: ALWAYS BEEN A COLLECTOR: Phil Coulson starts the game with 3 Tradecraft tokens. When an equipment-object would be dropped or KO'd, you may remove 2 Tradecraft tokens to instead equip that equipment to Phil Coulson or an adjacent friendly character

If both players are playing Phil Coulson, both have at least 2 Tradecraft tokens, and an object would be dropped or KO'd, how does this power resolve?

The active player would choose the order in which to resolve the effects (i.e. which player has to use the effect first). Note that the player that resolves the effect first would be the one to end up with the equipment.
