TEAM UP: MAGNETO If both Professor X and the listed friendly character are on the map, they can use , Impervious, and modify their combat values +1 when they have 2 action tokens. (After revealing forces, you may replace a game element's default card with an alternate card. You can't choose a Team Up card if any character on your starting force shares a name).

Does the condition of having 2 action tokens apply to ;Colossal;

, Impervious, and the +1 to combat values or does it only apply to the +1 to combat values?

The characters only modify their combat values when they have 2 action token. They gain the other effects regardless of the number of their action tokens.
