WHISTLING ARROW ATTACK: Give Yondu a range combat action targeting a single opposing character. Each time he hits and the attack resolves, he may make a range attack targeting a single opposing character that has not yet been targeted this action, counting range and drawing lines of fire as if he occupied the square of the character most recently hit. Each hit character is dealt 2 damage instead of normal damage.


PROBABILITY CONTROL Once per turn, you may reroll a target character’s attack roll or break away roll. A targeted character
must be within range and line of fire, minimum range value 6


If I attempt to use Probability Control on Yondu, can I target the him in the square that he is "as if" occupying or do I need to target him in the actual square he is in?

When a game effect allows a character to use an effect “as if they occupied the square”, the character is only considered to occupy that square for the specifically stated use. For all other conditions, that character is still in their original square.

In the provided example, the character using Probability Control must be able to target Yondu in the actual square he is occupying as Yondu is only using the "as if" square to count range and draw line of fire. He is not considered to be occupying that square for any other game effect.
