Welcome to the first ever WizKids Regional Championship!

WizKids is pleased to announce that the first WizKids Regional Championship will be taking place at Salt Lake Comic Con 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah!

Prepare to do battle in Regional Championship events for HeroClix and Dice Masters as well as many other side events!

Play amazing games, win rare prizes, and purchase convention exclusive products at one of the biggest WizKids gaming events of the year!

PLEASE NOTE – Players do not need a Salt Lake Comic Con badge to participate in the Regional Championship events, but you must have a badge to access the rest of the convention and purchase HeroClix Convention Exclusives at the Hastings Entertainment booth (#804).

Attack Wing fans, we are going to be focusing on standalone Regional Championship events for both Star Trek: Attack Wing and D&D Attack Wing. More information on Regional Championship events for Attack Wing will be forthcoming as we finalize our plans.

Format:

  • Swiss – 300-Point Sealed
  • Single-Elimination Top Cut – Players who advance to the Single-Elimination Top Cut will construct a new team 300-Point Sealed team using two additional HeroClix booster packs that will be supplied free of charge.

Player Cap: 4 Players per Battle Royale

Entry Fee: $12 (Includes 1 HeroClix booster pack for Sealed Draft)

Format: Sealed Draft, No point limit, 3 action limit

Prize Structure*:

  • All booster contents are placed in the center of the map to create a prize pool. A 2015 Marvel or DC HeroClix Convention Exclusive Prize Figure and 3 Avengers ID Cards are added to the prize pool. All players snake draft from the prize pool in order of placement in the game.

Dice Masters Rainbow Drafts

Player Cap: 8 Players per Rainbow Draft

Entry Fee: $12 (includes 12 foil packs for Rainbow Draft play)

Format: Rainbow Draft

Pairing Structure: Single-Elimination

Prize Structure*:
