Limited Wish - Greater Spell

Name a non-NPC die. Your opponent pulls a die from his bag. If it is the named die, return it to its card (...). Otherwise, place it in the bag or its used pile.

Question about the underlined text: If the die is not the named die, do I (the player with the Limited Wish) get to select whether it returns to the bag or goes to my opponent's used pile, or does my opponent (the one who had to pull the die from his/her bag)?
