Continuous: While active, when your characters attack, they deal 1 damage to target player for each energy symbol in your Reserve Pool that matches their type.

Lantern Ring gives characters a "when attacks" ability. However, Wonder Woman: Legendary has the ability to prevent said "when attacks abilities.

While Wonder Woman is active, ignore opposing "When fielded" and "When attacks" abilities.

It would seem that Wonder Woman should ignore all of the "when attacks" abilities granted by Lantern Ring, but there's a previous ruling that says the following.

While abilities granted by dice such as Lantern Ring are character abilities for purposes of damage reduction, game effects that would have players ignore text or abilities, such as Magneto, do not remove these added abilities.

As such, does Lantern Ring granting the abilities continue to bypass the ability on Wonder Woman? (Similar to Magneto) If not, please explain.

The cited ruling covers the blanking (or ignoring) of an ability granted from another card. While a specific card may have its text ignored, any abilities applied to the dice of that card from another card are not ignored. This is covered under the following rule:

Rule 3.4.8.7 An ability that ignores a card’s text box does not extend its blanking ability to any other card abilities being applied to the dice from that card.

Wonder Woman’s ability affects all opposing “when attacks” effects. Therefore, Lantern Ring and all applicable abilities on any other opposing cards would be ignored.
