Batgirl: Commish's Daughter states -

While Batgirl is active, your opponent may not target your character dice with character abilities.

This is pretty straight forward overall. The question is how does this apply to Keywords (eg. Range or Intimidate). Are keywords their own thing or are they considered character abilities? Would Batgirl prevent your opponent from using things like Range or Intimidate on your characters?

Keyword abilities are considered character abilities – they are shorthand for special abilities a card may have.

Batgirl would prevent your opponent from targeting your character dice with Keyword abilities.
