Black Panther: Toppling Doomstadt's ability reads "While Black Panther is active, when your opponent fields a character die, you may reroll one of their other character dice."

Does this ability "target" the opposing die?

I'm looking at this from the Comprehensive Rules...

3.3 Targeting
3.3.1 When an ability that affects a specific number greater than zero of Character dice requires you choose at least one Character die, or explicitly uses the term “target die/dice”, it is a targeting ability.

Yes. When Black Panther’s ability is triggered, you may reroll one of their other dice.
