Can I use the Independent "Abandoned Space Station - Nor Class Orbital Space Station" card (from Dominion War OP1) in conjunction with the Model and Dial of the the new Retail DS9 in a tournament? (If I limit the station to one attack per round)

How about the "Deep Space 9 - Nor Class Orbital Space Station" card (from Dominion War OP1)

Normally you cannot use a ship’s cards, base tokens, or maneuver dials with another ship even if the ships share a name. Example: USS Enterprise & the USS Enterprise (refit). But, in the case of Deep Space Nine you may use the cards, base tokens, and maneuver dial interchangeably between the Retail and the Dominion War prize.
