If you have two Cloaked Minefields with trigger areas that do NOT overlap (so they are two distinct minefields), and a ship enters both fields at the same time, does this movement trigger both minefields, or just one?

Both minefields would trigger and would each roll dice against your ship.

Can a single ship take damage from a single cloaked more then once a round?

Example:
Ship A moves within range 1 of a enemy cloaked mine and then is attacked by the mine. After the attack Ship A activates the Federation Indy Fleet Captain to move an additional 1 white manuver but is still within range 1 of the same cloaked mine.

Is the ship attacked a second time?

Is the ship attacked a second time?

No, each ship may only be attacked by each minefield one time per turn. But, also note, that if you move out of the minefield you still have activated the mines and will still be attacked.

Yes, your ship must be able to perform a scan action either from it's action bar or from a card deployed to the ship.

Cloaked Mines do not give you the ability to scan, they only give a bonus to a ship that does a scan action.

When you end your movement in the area of cloaked mines can you perform any action before they fire or only a scan?

No, only part of the mine token must be within range 2 of your ship.

The only action that may take place before the mines damage your ship is the scan action. All other actions would take place after the mine's attack.
