Each round you may perform one of the following actions as a free action: [EVASIVE MANEUVERS] [TARGET LOCK] [SCAN] [BATTLESTATIONS]. You may use this action even if your ship does not have it in the Action bar.

Mr. Spock (Enterprise Refit):
Your ship may perform a [TARGET LOCK] or [SCAN] Action as a free Action each round.

Gul Dukat (Koranak):
Your ship may perform an [EVASIVE MANEUVERS] or [BATTLESTATIONS] Action as a free Action each round.

When A Powerful Mind is in play,
1. Does using a free action from Jean-Luc Picard, Mr. Spock or Gul Dukat where the free action is on the ship's Action Bar cause the ship to receive an Auxiliary Power Token?
2. Does using a free action from Jean-Luc Picard, Mr. Spock, or Gul Dukat where the free action is NOT on the ship's Action Bar cause the ship to receive an Auxiliary Power Token?

Does The Queen receive her full set of drone tokens each time she flips to her Captain side or only once?

"At the start of the game, or if this card replaces another captain, remove all drone tokens from the captain card and place 7 drone tokens on this card"

No, The Queen will receive her 7 drone tokens the first time she flips to her Captain side. When she flips back to her Admiral, side she does not lose her tokens, but she may not use them since she is not the Captain. If she then flips back to her Captain side she will not replenish the tokens, but may use the remaining ones.

An Upgrade, Captain, or Admiral may only ever receive 1 disabled token at a time. You cannot place a second Disabled token on your upgrade.

No, the Fleet Captain text is considered additonal text on your Captain Card and you cannot access any of the text on your Captain Card when it is flipped over.

Yes, if drawn multiple rounds in a row, each round a new card will be turned face down.
