OS007 Soul Syphon
Friendly characters can use Regeneration as FREE. When they do, for each click healed deal another friendly character 1 unavoidable damage.

Is the dealing of the unavoidable damage all at once, or is it multiple instances of 1 unavoidable damage (per click healed)?

The effect will deal 1 unavoidable damage to a friendly character for each click the character that used Regeneration healed. For example, if the character heals 3 clicks, you could deal 3 different friendly characters 1 unavoidable damage each or deal 1 friendly character 1 unavoidable damage 3 times. Note that in order for a character to be considered to have "healed", it's dial must have been turned.

Can a character use the regeneration from this one shot if they are the only one left on your force?

Yes. The effect to deal the unavoidable damage would still occur, but since there are no other character on your force to deal damage to, that would resolve with no effect.
