If Loki would be KOed by removing his last Gem token but is instead not KOed by Black Panther's REVIVED BY THE HEART-SHAPED HERB effect, is Loki still KOed now that he has no Gem tokens left?

Since Loki has no "last non-KO click", Black Panther's effect would resolve with no effect and Loki would remain KO'd.

If Loki is added to a Sideline, he would not receive any Gem tokens and would be considered to be 0 points. If an effect would bring him into the game from the Sideline, he would immediately be KO'd since he would have no Gem tokens.
