How different between scarlet witch(Super Rare) and kang(Common) ?
Scarlet witch : While Scarlet Witch is active, you may reroll any or all of your dice one additional time during the roll and reroll step.
Kang the conqueror : While Kang is active, you gain an additional reroll during your Roll and Reroll Step.
